Currently, I am #OpenToWork, looking to join a team of writers with whom I can document the ins and outs of enterprise-level software products with. Occasionally, I also mentor, meeting with individuals @CUeLINKS and reviewing application essays for friends and acquaintances.
Previously, I worked @Mavens and @KomodoHealth, where I wrote and published release notes, admin guides, user guides, UX copy, and more for their Salesforce applications and MapLab product suite, respectively.
Even before that, I worked @MSKCC, where I designed, implemented, and iterated on low-code solutions, and studied @CornellUniversity, where I learned about the interdisciplinary intricacies between humans and technology as a low-income first-gen Information Science major and Psychology minor.
